Liz
Connolly has been involved in sales, marketing and design
for over 30 years and in five states. Liz has been in the
St. Louis area for eleven years and has worked for and with
a wide array of home builders and real estate agents. She
is a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners.
Liz is a licensed Realtor and holds several designations including
Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing, Master Certified
Sales Professional, and Certified Marketing Professional.
She is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater
St. Louis, and a member of their Sales & Marketing Council.
Liz has received numerous industry awards including the national
silver Award for New Home Marketing presented by the NAHB.
She was awarded the David S. Eppler award in both 2007 and
2008. This award recognizes the SMC committee member who has
done the most to advance the goals of the Sales & Marketing
Council. In 2009, Liz received the Champion of the SMC award.
Liz is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Missouri
Association of Realtors, and St. Louis Association of Realtors.
She has been an active member of the St. Louis Women’s
Council of Realtors and a member of the council’s inaugural
Leadership Class. Liz has attended a variety of seminars and
retreats relating to home merchandising and marketing throughout
the United States.
Courtney
Connolly,
Vice President
Courtney Connolly
brings a fresh approach to home merchandising. Since birth,
Courtney has been exposed to home decorating and design as
her family built 5 new homes and moved 7 times from the time
she was 10 days old until her Sophomore year in high school.
After graduating from high school, Courtney moved to San Diego
to attend the Institute of Design and Merchandising. She returned
to St. Louis to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
and Communication from Webster University. Her final project
prior to graduation was the creation of the INhance IT! business
plan. Courtney has received her Certified Sales Professional
designation through the HBA and currently sits on the HBA’s
Sales and Marketing Council. She is also a member of the St.
Louis Women’s Council of Realtors. Courtney is responsible
for the majority of the merchandising installations for the
INhance IT! organization. Courtney is actively involved in
the community as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children
and a member of the United Way’s Young Leadership Adcademy.
