Andrea
is the INhance IT! Home Staging
liaison for the new MOVING FORWARD division. Andrea began
her real estate career in 1980 as a Broker/Owner of Condominium
Consultants, Inc., the only company in Missouri specializing
in the marketing and sales of single family attached residences.
Andrea has extensive background in new home development, which
includes research, design, marketing, sales, staging, financing,
contracts, supervision and operational support.
Andrea received the award for New Home Sales Person of the
Year in 2003 & 2005 and the distinguished Hugh Pettus
award from the HBA Sales & Marketing Council. Her NAHB
designations include Member of Institute of Residential Marketing,
Master Certified Sales Professional and Certified Marketing
Sales Professional. She has served as Chairman of the Sales
& Marketing Council for the HBA and served on their Board
of Directors for two years as well as on the Board of Directors
for the St. Louis Association of Realtors.
Andrea
holds the designation as Seniors Real Estate Specialist and
is currently a member of the 50+ Council Steering Committee
for the HBA, the National Association of Women’s Council
of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, National Association
of Senior Move Managers, and American Society of Home Stagers
and Redesigners.
Andrea’s
extensive sales & marketing skills applied to serving
the 50+ market over the years has given her a deeper understanding
of what is required to assist seniors in MOVING FORWARD with
their lives.
