staging services.
- For a fee of $250.00 a team member
will preview your property from the curb through the basement
and prepare an assessment of everything that needs to be
tackled prior to placing the house on the market. This report
will be prioritized to include items of most importance
to bring you the highest price in the fastest time. The
following items will be addressed:
- Curb appeal (driveway, walkway,
bushes, power washing, windows, lighting, general cleanliness)
- Interior paint colors, wall
paper removal, lighting, repairs, carpet cleaning (or
replacement).
- Furniture removal/storage
- Furniture and accessory repositioning
for maximum effect.
- Our team can return and assist you
with your furnishings or you can choose to undertake the
suggestions on your own.
