To get a free Vacant Home Staging quote, give us a call at 314-486-5354 or fill out the online form. All contracts are sent via email and signed using docusign. In order to secure an install date, 50% of the total staging fee is required.
Once your install date is scheduled, our experts will preview your property and create a cohesive design plan. In some instances, we are able to digitally preview the property by accessing the MLS.

Install
The staging installation process usually takes 2-4 hours depending on the size of the home. Your property will be "showcase" ready that very day, allowing you to schedule a photographer the same day as the install.

Move Out
We recommend keeping your property staged through contingencies. Once the process is complete, we will schedule a move-out day. There are no hidden fees, the move-out cost is factored into your initial quote.
