With our NEW Virtual Occupied Consultation services, you can make your smart phone or tablet a part of your home-selling team! Receive the same quality and service you have come to expect from the INhance IT Home Staging Team.

In light of recent updates regarding COVID-19, and in an effort to prevent person-to-person contact, INhance IT Home Staging is suspending all in-person appointments, meetings, and interactions. Our new Virtual Occupied Consultation services make it possible for homeowners to stay inside and continue to receive the services they need in order to sell their home quickly and for top dollar.

Standard Virtual
Occupied Consultation:

-Detailed property review (through client photos) PRIOR to consultation

-Virtual walk-through with INhance IT stager via video messaging app

-Full home evaluation (including exterior of the home)

-Written report including all notes regarding the suggested updates, repairs, furniture arrangements and decorating suggestions

-Client care package – sent to the client electronically PRIOR to our meeting. This informative package  explains the home staging process, plus provides tips and checklists for getting started

-Includes a followup virtual walk-through after work is complete to ensure property is photo ready

It pains us to not be able to meet with you in your home, as in-home consultations allow us to not only connect one-on-one (something that today’s fast-paced world needs more of), but it also allows us to experience their home in the way that buyers will.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of when the appointment will take place. 

  • You will then receive an email confirmation outlining the next steps, including how to connect to your virtual consultation, what you will need to be prepared for the meeting, and how to submit any photos or other details prior to the appointment.

  • Payments can be made as usual via credit card.
